INSIDE REVIEWER

What you get with every review.

Upload a draft and Theo reads it the way a reviewer would — argument, method, evidence, structure and clarity — then shows you what to fix and why.

In-depth critique from an AI trained on millions of research papers, graded by severity so you know what to fix first.

Article search

Explore references and related publications across 200M+ peer-reviewed articles, with no invented citations.

Journal search

Find venues that fit your manuscript in minutes, ranked by fit, impact factor and selectivity.

Collaborative space

Working on a group paper? Invite co-authors and share progress in the same project.

Paper overview and digest

A deep dive and a concise summary of any paper, with claims, methods and conclusions separated out.

Topic suggestions

Fresh angles and under-explored areas in your own text, for a deeper analysis of the subject.

Chat with your manuscript

Ask about any part of your document and revise it with the reasoning in front of you.

PDF feedback report

Export the whole review as a report you can annotate, share with a supervisor or file with a submission.

HOW REVIEW CREDITS WORK

Buy what you need, use it when you are ready.

A review is a credit in your account rather than a plan you join. Nothing renews, and nothing runs out at the end of the month.

Pick one review or a pack

Choose the size that matches your writing year. There is nothing to subscribe to and no renewal to cancel later.

Upload the draft when it is finished

Word or PDF, up to 100,000 words, 100 pages and 10 MB. One credit covers a full read of one manuscript.

Credits wait for you

They never expire, so a pack bought before the summer is still there when the reviewer comments land in the autumn.

Top up whenever you want

Halfway through a revision and out of credits? Buy another review or pack in a couple of clicks — new credits stack on what you already have.

It is the academic tool kit we have been waiting for. There's so many ways you could use this, but ultimately, for what it does - give you feedback, making sure you're meeting academic standards - it doesn't get much better at the moment.

@WiseUpCommunications

I was super impressed with the evaluation because it was able to pick up minute, yet important gaps in my research, which even a well-read professor would have missed out. With this kind of in-depth feedback, you can be quite sure that your work is going to meet the requirements of your supervisor and peer-review process of journals.

It's a beautiful tool because it not only enhances your writing but also increases your confidence by maintaining your unique tone while explaining the rationale behind each improvement.

Frequentlyasked questions.

Do I need a subscription? +

No. Reviews are sold as one-off credits: €14.95 for a single review, €39.95 for three and €99.95 for ten. You pay once, nothing renews, and there is no plan to cancel.

What counts as one review? +

One credit covers a full read of one manuscript: feedback on every section, graded by severity, plus the exportable PDF report for that document.

Do review credits expire? +

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, so you can buy a pack now and spend the last review on a paper you have not started writing yet.

How much do I save with a pack? +

The three-pack works out at €13.32 per review, about 11% below the single price. The ten-pack is €9.99 per review, a saving of a third.

Can I buy more reviews later? +

Yes. Buy another review or pack at any time and the new credits are added to whatever is left in your account.

Will Thesify write my paper for me? +

No, and that is deliberate. Thesify reviews the writing you have done and explains what to improve, so the argument and the words stay yours. That is what makes it safe to use alongside your institution’s academic integrity rules.

What comes with a review? +

Everything Reviewer can do on that manuscript: chat with Theo about the document, detailed digests, a rubric for the draft, journal and article search, and the exportable feedback report.

What types of documents can I upload? +

Word (.docx) and PDF files up to 10 MB, 100 pages and 100,000 words per document.

Is my data secure? +

Yes. Documents are processed securely with industry-standard encryption and are never shared with third parties or used to train public models. Your research stays yours.

Do you offer licences for universities and labs? +

Yes. Institutional licences cover students, researchers and faculty under a single agreement with central invoicing, GDPR and FERPA compliant deployment, and onboarding support. Contact us and we will put together a proposal for your community.
