CEO
Marc-Oliver has a Ph.D in physics but quickly switched to neuroscience to understand how our brain processes information. Before co-founding Thesify, Marc-Oliver was senior group leader at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and before that Principal Scientist at the Honda Research Institute Europe in Germany. Marc-Oliver first joined the world of startups as CTO of Mindfire.global and founding CEO of HeyScience.ai.
CTO
Harm has a passion for innovation and has innovated in diverse fields such as wireless communications, circuit design, machine learning, and algorithms. He co-founded and served as CTO at several companies of which at least one grew to be one of Switzerland’s unicorns. Harm lives in a town close to Lausanne and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, renovating his house, and working on interesting engineering projects.
Head of Administration
Muriel graduated in Political Sciences from Science Po Toulouse (France), then studied International Studies at Sussex University in UK (Erasmus). Her experience is mainly in industry with management roles in worldwide sales & operations administration.
Senior Product Designer
With a Master's degree in Computer Science and over 10 years of experience designing diverse projects, Tetiana is a dedicated user advocate with a keen eye for detail. She combines creative problem-solving with a deep understanding of user needs to deliver high-quality work efficiently. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her awesome family, traveling, and discovering new activities.
Product Engineer
Physicist with over 5 years of experience as a software and machine learning engineer. Passionate about building impactful products, Álvaro thrive on solving complex problems and delivering results. A dedicated team player eager to take on new challenges.
Product Designer
A globetrotter product designer with a Masters’ degree in International Management, she brings experience in marketing, business administration, and product design across China, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland. Fuelled by curiosity and her passion for continuous learning, she loves diving into new challenges and creating user-centric designs.
Product Engineer
Viktor is a passionate full-stack software engineer with nearly 10 years of experience, primarily focused on front-end development. He has a deep understanding of building scalable, user-centric applications and thrives in crafting seamless user experiences. In addition to his professional expertise, Viktor has a lifelong passion for music and has been playing the guitar for most of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies, jamming on his guitar, and refining his engineering skills through personal projects.
Content Manager
With degrees in sociology and philosophy, she taught in Dubai before relocating to the Netherlands to research euthanasia and earn her MSc in medical sociology and anthropology. She lectures on her research, teaches academic writing, and is passionate about knowledge translation and ethical AI integration. Her diverse background has led to expertise in content management and academic support.
